At our 2024-2025 Employee Recognition Program on May 19, we awarded a Distinguished Educator and an Outstanding Employee from each of our 31 schools. Also recognized were employees from across our school district who received “Special Honors” awards. See the complete list of award recipients: https://5il.co/3gp7r

The “Pride in the Randolph County School System (RCSS)” program honors employees who consistently demonstrate pride in the school system and exemplify strong character and commitment in their everyday work. While the program primarily highlights smaller, often unnoticed acts of dedication, it also recognizes exceptional efforts tied to larger events when appropriate.
Employees chosen for this recognition are awarded a “Pride in the Randolph County School System” lapel pin. Recipients are selected by members of the RCSS Leadership Team, school principals, or Board of Education members.
The following pages list the “Pride in RCSS” pin recipients from May 1, 2024, through April 30, 2025. We extend our sincere thanks to these outstanding employees for their dedication to the Randolph County School System.

RCSS is experiencing a system-wide internet outage. This impacts our phone systems as well. Our district staff is working to resolve this issue. Thank you for your patience.

🌟 It's Teacher Appreciation Week, and we made sure our amazing Coleridge Staff was showered with love! 💖 Thanks to our generous anonymous donors and our school, teachers enjoyed tacos, a rainbow cold brew cup and coffee bar, design-your-own hats, a delightful luncheon, gift bags, and even embroidered tote bags! 🎒✨ Thank you for all your hard work and dedication!

Happy Teacher Appreciation Week!

Words cannot express how thankful we are for Mrs. Nielsen (left) and Mrs. Lucas (right). They work hard to make sure our school runs smoothly. They are often the faces and voices families experience first, making everyone feel warm and welcomed. We appreciate all they do to make Coleridge Elementary a special place.

Don't forget! Tomorrow is Hat Day. Bring $1 and wear your favorite hat!
